Dragon Warrior II - Anguished Beyond Words (Sheet Music)
Artist's Comments: Just recently I became a member of VGPiano (www.vgpiano.com), and one of those things that I've been mainly doing in the past month or so was getting my sub-domain set up there. That meant having to deal with the wireframe for my sight as well as getting sheet music together for all my solo piano works to date. While I was unable to do the latter task prior to Easter vacation, I was able to clear a few of which including the sheet music for my submission to Splendid Performance audition 1, covering "Distant Journey" from the Dragon Quest II score. If you ever wondered how I played it out, now you know ;)

Finaly Fantasy 7 - Piano Collection Review
Reviewer's Debriefing:Being extremely fond of Uematsu's work on the Final Fantasy VII OST, I was excited to see how Hamaguchi's arrangement would turn out. Read on to find out.

> Without music, life is a journey through a desert - Pat Conroy

Today's title holds double meaning. Not only do we finally have some submissions this week, very much a site for sore eyes, but the submissions are all visual! So they are for your eyes! Get it. Haha. Yea. Ok.

Our first submission of the week comes from Rexy, who sends us the sheet music to her Splendid Performance entry from round 1. She has done this as part of her joining vgPiano, a site hosted by the winner of round one of Splendid Performance, Mark 'Disturbed' Dillon. I encourage everyone to check it out, as its shaping up very nicely and I'm sure all the artists there would like you to see it. Following up Rexy's sheet music we have our Macstorm, of editorials fame, bringing us his take on the Final Fantasy 7 Piano Collections CD.

I've not much else to say for today, so rather then drag this out, I'll bring it to an end. I look forward to and of course encourage submissions, hopefully I shall have a bountiful mailbox next week. Until then, stay classy San Diego.
