After a year without a contest, I am proud to announce that we have a new competition, Anthem of the Unsung. Rather then recite the details, I'll point you to the contest page for the full lowdown. Suffice it to say, I'm very excited about this contest, and can't wait to see what everyone comes up with.

Before everyone gets so excited about the new contest, I do want to remind people we have 2 submissions again for this week. First up is Master Hatchet, bringing us his latest submission, this time from Ys III. Really tight piece, I can certainly see why it did so well in the DoD competition. Following that, we have our own Matt "Barieuph" Russo bringing us the first Final Fantasy XII remix. Since I haven't actually gotten to play FFXII yet, I don't know how this compares to the original theme, but it is a rather nice piano piece on its own.
