Sound Test     Welcome Overture

My plans were to write two possible introductory entries, but I never got around to it, and at this point, I can't even remember what was so different about them. On to the obligatory 'And now for the obligatory first-time speech' speech.

...and now for the obligatory first-time speech. I'm the new guy, and I don't really have much else to say. I study music composition at a prestigious conversatory in Manhattan, am soon to be pursuing a minor in piano performance, and love Dragon Quest music and Mahler's Third Symphony. To be honest, the best way to secure a safe place in my heart is to tell me how wonderful a composer Rachmaninoff is. And how wonderful strawberry-flavored Mentos are.
