Greetings from the foot of the mountains, folks! It's your Sound Test curator reporting for duty. I have to admit, community medicine has been better than I expected. The lush, verdant landscapes were breathtaking. The air was fresh and bracing. I was able to taste vegetables and dishes I never even knew existed. Some were delightful, particularly the dessert consisting of young bananas stewed in coconut milk and sugar; some, I wish never to taste again. Of course, I had to keep smiling despite having chewed that piece of exceptionally fiber-filled legume for over two minutes before finally deciding to just swallow the tangled mush whole with large gulps of water.
Now, let's move on to more important news. The submission period for the final round of "The Grand Audition 2009" has ended, and despite having some mishaps and plot twists (the details of which shall be revealed next week), I think you guys will be in for quite a treat. I was correct when I said that our esteemed composers would not disappoint. Featured today is the earliest of those submissions. As always, I shall reserve my comments until after the voting period. Check back next week for the rest of the contenders. The week-long voting period shall also commence at that point.
That's about it for this update. As for me, I'll be busy packing my bags for my return trip. Have a good one, folks! Take care!
