Even as I just celebrated my birthday barely over a week ago, today my parents celebrate their 26th year of marriage. I just to use the space in this update to say how much I celebrate with them even as they enjoy themselves on holiday leaving me alone at home with my little sister. God has blessed their marriage richly and I pray for many more years of harmonious matrimony to come.
Mom, Dad, thanks for giving me such a wonderful model of married life to learn from and to strive towards in my own as-yet-unrealised married life. Mom, I pray that one day I will find myself a wife who will mean as much to me as I know you mean to Dad. And Dad, I pray that someday I can be as much of a husband and father to my own family as you have been to us.
