[06/22/2008]   After being completely unable to find a theatre that was playing it a few months ago, with its recent release onto DVD I was finally able to see "Be Kind Rewind," starring Jack Black and Mos Def. Although not laugh-out-loud hilarious, the movie was surprisingly charming and I quite enjoyed it. The concept of "Sweding" films is particularly amusing, and you can literally find dozens of fan-made sweded movies on YouTube, some of which are pretty funny. The whole idea just sounds like it would be a lot of fun to do.
