During E3, Nintendo held its Treehouse Live series of gameplay demonstrations for many upcoming titles for Nintendo Wii U and Nintendo 3DS. The streamed demonstrations showed various aspects of multiple games over its two days.

After an initial look at Pokémon Sun and Moon, the first day of presentations catered mostly to the new Legend of Zelda title, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. More games were shown off in the second day, with Ever Oasis, Monster Hunter Generations, Yo-kai Watch 2, Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past, Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE, and Paper Mario: Color Splash all demonstrated.
