Square Enix announced that Final Fantasy Versus XIII will be coming to the PlayStation 4, and will be known as Final Fantasy XV.

The second major announcement at tonight's Sony press conference was that Kingdom Hearts III was also in development for the PlayStation 4.

Also mentioned at the conference, but not shown was that Final Fantasy XIV would be exclusively for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 consoles. This title will be launching for the PS3 and PC in North America on August 27, while the PS4 release will be announced at a future time.
