CURRENTS
Crushed by an Anvil June 4, 2005

Front Page

Welcome back to another feature-filled issue of Currents. As I mentioned in the last issue, I was aiming to something different with the Close-Up this time around. As much fun as the biographies were to write, they didn't really fit in well with the whole "business and industry news" thing that Currents is all about. So, this week I did a little research on the hot topic of video game piracy. To tell you the truth, I was a bit surprised by some of the statistics I found. There are even some myths, which I believed myself, that turned out to be false.

Though Close-Up is going in a new direction this week, it doesn't mean the bios are gone forever. I'm just trying to shake things up a little in a more Currents-oriented way. Other than this new direction of Close-Up, everything else here is the same. To your left you'll find a fabulous new column filled with mind-boggling news and to your right is the feature, filled with mind-boggling content. Whichever way you decide to go, you can rest assured that your mind will be thoroughly boggled. There's no getting out of it. I've held your minds still long enough. Go now and be boggled.

Currents
News Column

You should know what you'll find in here by now. An old-fashioned, tried-and-true edition of Currents. How can you go wrong with that?

Currents - Close-Up
Video Game Piracy

In this week's feature, Currents delves into the dark world of illegal gaming. If you want to make sure you're not doing something horribly illegal, this is the place you want to be.
