Take-Two has formed a new publishing label known as Private Division. The idea behind the new label is to fund game development for mid-size studios led by industry veterans, who have been unable to take pitches past the executives at major publishers, working with larger budgets than smaller publishers can sustain. One of the first developers announced to be producing a game is Obsidian Entertainment.

As of now, no title or genre was given for the game. However, Take-Two says that the game will reteam original Fallout creators Tim Cain and Leonard Boyarsky for an original game set in a new universe. Although no firm information was given for the game, Cain had this to say on its status: "If people have liked our previous RPGs they're going to like this one in terms of how we make reactive worlds and especially our style of humor."
