Publisher Koei Tecmo recently released the first trailer for its upcoming release of Atelier Shallie Plus: Alchemists of the Dusk Sea, the PlayStation Vita port of Atelier Shallie's original PlayStation 3 version. The release of the two-and-a-half-minute video was accompanied by some details of the game's additions as well as news of digital bonuses provided to those who buy the game during its launch window.

Those who buy the game during its first month on sale, either the limited physical edition available through NIS America's online stores or the digital version on the PlayStation Store, will receive five downloadable costumes free of charge. In addition to this, they will also be able to download a selection of background music tracks from various games in the Atelier series.

Atelier Shallie is the third game in Atelier's Dusk trilogy, following Atelier Ayesha: The Alchemist of Dusk and Atelier Escha & Logy: Alchemists of the Dusk Sky, and was originally released for PlayStation 3 in 2015. The Plus version will contain all the downloadable content for the original, adding additional scenarios for Ayesha and Logy from previous Dusk games as well as making them potential party members.
