Daedalic Entertainment has announced that Blackguards will be releasing in January 2014. This turn-based PC RPG stars a party of convicted criminals who must save the world in order to save their own hides. Accordingly, it features a dark storyline with themes of doubt, treachery, and loss.

These new screens show off the game's combat system. Note the hex-based battlefield, which is sure to be of interest to fans of strategy board games.
