Square Enix has announced that it will be releasing a second Kingdom Hearts HD remix for the PlayStation 3 in 2014. Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX will contain Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix, and HD remastered cutscenes from Kingdom Hearts Re:coded.

It should be noted that the two Final Mix game versions included in the package were previously exclusive to Japan. They include features such as new cutscenes, new mini-games, bonus challenges and items, and gameplay tweaks.
