Blizzard has announced the fourth expansion for World of Warcraft at Blizzcon 2011. Titled Mists of Pandaria, it takes players to a Chinese-themed continent that is home to the pudgy yet powerful Pandaren. Pandaren will be playable by both factions. A new class, the monk, is also being added to the game. Monks are masters of unarmed combat and will apparently be able to specialize in damage dealing, healing, or tanking roles.
Players will be able to reach level ninety in this expansion. New game features include a timed "Challenge Mode" for dungeons and a mini-pet duelling system. Finally, the talent system is being overhauled again, and there is something new called "PvE Scenarios" that has yet to be detailed. As usual with Blizzard, the release date for the expansion is completely unknown.
