Victor Ireland of Gaijinworks has announced that classic PlayStation game Arc the Lad II and its addon, Arc Arena, will be available on the PlayStation Network next week. Continuing the story of Arc the Lad, the second game in the series features a new protagonist who joins up with Arc and his party for an expansive TRPG adventure. Data can be transferred between Arc the Lad and Arc II, giving returning characters their former levels/stats and opening up a new questline for players who completed the 50 level dungeon in the first game.

Arc II can be bought by itself for $5.99, or with Arc Arena (a battle colliseum for monsters captured in Arc II) for $8.99. Mr. Ireland is also holding a daily contest for a free Arc II download code on this NeoGAF thread until November 23.
