Today Aksys Games announced in a press release that Mimana Iyar Chronicle for the PSP will come to North America in Spring 2010 on UMD and for download on the PSN store. Talent from Tales of Destiny 2 and the Lunar series comes for the story, told through hand-drawn anime cutscenes and fully-voiced event sequences.

The hero is accompanied by many female characters on his quest to save the world, and Associate Producer Frank "Bo" DeWindt II claims that player action will affect how the story unfolds. The battle system is similar to the Tales series, real time and fast-paced, taking advantage of battlefield placement and movement, and attacks that cause damage depending on timing.
