Capcom has announced that they are bringing the hit game Okami to the Wii. Developed by Ready at Dawn Studios and slated for a 2008 release, "In accordance with our tradition of only working on games we’d like to play, we’re proud to announce that we are taking after Clover Studio to bring this incredible game to the platform it was always meant to be on in the first place."

Ready at Dawn was founded by Naughty Dog and Blizzard veterans. The company worked on the highly successful Daxter and are currently working on the PSP release God of War: Chains of Olympus.
