Pixel Magic Entertainment, based in Nevada, announced their acquisition of Enhanced Interactive Communications yesterday. Enhanced Interactive Communications is the parent company of EI Interactive, an online game publisher of games like Horizons. EI Interactive bought Horizons in July 2006 from Tulga Games.

Pixel Magic Entertainment promises to bring new additions to the Horizons team along with greater support for players and game development. EI Interactive Chairmen, Edward C. Andercheck, is one of the three directors for Pixel Magic.
