Earlier this week, Atlus announced the acquisition of publishing rights to Izuna: Legend of the Unemployed Ninja, an RPG for the Nintendo DS. The game is told to evoke feelings of the days of old when taking time off to strengthen your characters is a must and bosses don't pull their punches.
The story revolves around the character Izuna, a newly unemployed ninja who is now looking for work. During that search Izuna finds herself in a nice little village, but something is amiss and it's up to her to find out what. The game features difficult dungeons that change every time you enter, spells, and customizable weapons that gain strength along with the character. Look for Izuna to hit stores February 2007.
