Interplay has announced that their recent hit RPG for the PC, Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn, will be released on the PlayStation2 sometime next year. It is currently unclear how the PS2 version will differ from the PC version (for instance, whether or not multiplayer will be included).

Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn is an enormous RPG for the PC (Windows 95/98) based on the Dungeons and Dragons universe. Since its recent release, it has been one of the best-selling PC games this year. To find out more about Baldur's Gate II, check out our full coverage.
