Fans who bought their Dreamcast with visions of RPGs dancing in their heads will have to dream a bit longer about Ubi Soft's Evolution. It has been pushed back from November 15th to December 5th. There are some localization issues to be worked out, and Ubi Soft does not want to release an unpolished game.
