Human Head Studios has announced that it is developing a sequel to its 2000 hack-and-slack adventure title Rune.. This new title, Rune: Ragnarok, will be an open world action RPG set during the end times of Norse mythology. In the game, players will be able to align themselves with Norse gods, fight off the undead, and explore new lands as they attempt to see Ragnarok through.

Currently, no date or platforms have been given for Rune: Ragnarok. However, a short, work-in-progress trailer that sets the tone for the game has been released.
