As of today, Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle is set to grace the consoles of Switch owners everywhere. The titular mascots join forces in Ubisoft's tactical SRPG, inspired by games such as Firaxis Games' XCOM titles. To usher in the dynamic duo in style, Nintendo has released a launch trailer for the game, featuring Luigi, Peach, Yoshi, and a host of their furry new friends.

Despite its comparisons to the much darker, much more serious XCOM games, Mario + Rabbids retains the same colorful, lighthearted feel that has made its namesakes into household names. The game released simultaneously today in all western markets.
