During last week's Gamescom in Germany, Nintendo held various livestreams of upcoming titles, including a selection of RPGs. The games covered in the videos, viewable below, were Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle, Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, Xenoblade Chronicles 2, and Fire Emblem Warriors respecitvely.

Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle is a crossover tactical RPG between Nintendo's Mario and Ubisoft's Rabbids series. Ubisoft is releasing the game exclusively for Nintendo Switch tomorrow, August 29, 2017. Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga is a remake of the first Mario & Luigi RPG and includes a brand new scenario following Captain Goomba's attempts to rescue Bowser. The game will be available on Nintendo 3DS on October 6, 2017.

Monolith Soft's Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is a sequel to Wii release Xenoblade Chronicles, the game follows Rex and his new friend Pyra, who is a mysterious being known as a Blade and who grants Rex great power. Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is due to be released for Nintendo Switch this winter. Finally, Fire Emblem Warriors is an action RPG developed by Omega Force featuring characters from select Fire Emblem titles. It is planned for release on the New Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo Switch in Europe on October 10, 2017 (sometime in the fall in North America).
