Singapore-based developer Magnus Games this week launched a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign for its upcoming cooperative monster-raising RPG, Re:Legend. The campaign has already passed its S$70,000 goal, with those who have not yet pledged able to help fund an assortment of stretch goals up until August 25, 2017.

Re:Legend looks to cross monster-raising RPG gameplay with that of farming sim titles with features such as farming, fishing, crafting, and village building. The game is being developed for PC, though other platforms are included as part of the stretch goals, and will have multiplayer as a key feature.

The game is set in the land of Ethia, which is home to mythical creatures known as Magnus. All of the Magnus can be tamed and assist the player in various areas such as combat, farming, fishing, and traveling. They can evolve depending on the player's care and whether they meet the unique conditions.

Re:Legend is initially planned for a 2018 launch. Those who pledge at least S$30 (around US$21/£16/€18) will receive a digital copy of the game as part of their backer rewards.
