Undertale developer tobyfox announced that the game will be releasing for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita on August 15, 2017. Originally announced at E3, the two versions will be available digitally with Cross-Buy, with those who pre-order receiving a free Undertale PlayStation 4 theme. A limited physical edition will also be available and can be pre-ordered now through Fangamer for $25.00.
Originally released in 2015, Undertale lets players control a human who has fallen into an underground world of monsters. They are tasked with finding their way out, lest they remain trapped underground forever. The game's turn-based battle system allows players to get through encounters without necessarily killing their opponents.
