Idea Factory International announced that its upcoming dungeon-crawling RPG MeiQ: Labyrinth of Death will be released in North America on September 13, 2016, with its European release following shortly after on September 16, 2016. The news of the release date comes with a new trailer for the game, which offers a basic introduction to its premise and gameplay, as well as some new English screenshots.

MeiQ: Labyrinth of Death is the second title in developer Compile Heart's Makai Ichiban Kan non-connected series, the first being Trillion: God of Destruction. The game will be available physically and digitally for the PlayStation Vita and is compatible with the PlayStation TV.
