Gaijinworks' presale campaign for its upcoming PlayStation Portable title Summon Night 5 is now live. The campaign allows those interested to purchase a digital reservation code through Amazon.com, which can then be used to get a copy of the Summon Night 5 Physical+Digital Limited Edition. Gaijinworks will only be producing enough of the limited editions to cover the number of orders from the presale campaign.

The Limited Edition costs $41.99, plus $5 for shipping to the Continental United States. Shipping to other US territories cost $6, while shipping to Canada costs $9, and shipping to other international addresses costs somewhere between $12-15. The Physical+Digital Limited Edition contains the following:

• PSP game case with multi-sided cover insert
• UMD copy of the game
• Full-color game manual
• One of two 14"x19" posters
• Full Summon Night 5 Original Soundtrack CD
• North American PSN digital download code for the game
• Serial numbered holographic seal
