Shortly after announcing that the New Nintendo 3DS would arrive in Australia and New Zealand this year on November 21st, Nintendo of Australia announced that the port of Xenoblade Chronicles for the handheld would be released sometime in 2015.

The port will be exclusive to the New 3DS and New 3DS XL, owing to the superior processing power the newer versions of the handheld possess which is needed to run it. The game has also been scheduled for release in 2015 in Japan. No announcement has been made regarding a release in North America and Europe at this time.
