The demo for Etrian Odyssey Untold: The Millenium Girl is now available in the Nintendo eShop. This demo provides a chance for players to play through the first part of the game, and, just like the Etrian Odyssey 4 demo, progress made in the demo will carry over to the final game. However, many features from the main game, such as the Classic Mode that recreates the traditional team customization seen in earlier Etrian Odyssey titles, will not be available. Like most 3DS demos, this one is limited to 30 uses.

Etrian Odyssey Untold revisits the the setting of the original game in the series: the land of Etria and its mysterious Yggdrasil Labyrinth. For the first time in the series, it features a set cast of characters and tells its story with voice-acted cutscenes. It will be released in North America on October 1.
