Runic Games announced that it was working on Torchlight II more than two years ago, and now it looks like those years of work are almost at their end. The company has announced that the long-awaited game will be released on September 20.

Torchlight II is the sequel to the popular dungeon-crawling RPG Torchlight, and expands upon the original in many ways. It adds new classes and pets, allows players to explore open wilderness areas, and adds new co-op mulitplayer gameplay.
