Exe-Create has announced a new Japanese PC title that is being localized into English. The Lost Angelic Chronicles of Frane: Dragon's Odyssey is a hybrid game that crosses action and RPG elements, showing a close resemblance to the Ys series in gameplay, but with a greater focus on story and character interaction.

Not much detail has been provided in terms of story, but Exe-Create has stated that the plot will provide tons of replayablity, multiple endings, and important decisions that will change the character interactions. By helping people through sidequests, players will be able to see the world change before their eyes.

Other key features in The Lost Angelic Chronicles of Frane: Dragon's Odyssey include fully voiced scenes, adjustable difficulty, an easy-to-use item creation system, and a completely new soundtrack that doubles the size of the original, composed by Jordan Steven. Exe-Create has stated that the game is set to release this August.
