The sequel to PSP RPG-fighter hybrid Dissidia: Final Fantasy, bizarrely titled Dissidia 012[duodecim] Final Fantasy, will arrive in America during 2011. Dissidia 012 will see the return of all members of the original Dissidia cast, in addition to some new faces from across the Final Fantasy series.

News from Square Enix during the Tokyo Game Show confirmed Tifa Lockhart of Final Fantasy VII as a new playable character. She joins Kain Highwind of Final Fantasy IV and Lightning of Final Fantasy XIII. Other additions include a playable storyline for the Chaos-aligned characters, and the ability to call on another character to assist during combat. Dissidia 012 will be released during Q1 2011 in Japan, with no exact date confirmed for either Japan or America just yet.
