Bethesda Softworks has announced the celebrity highlights of the voice cast for Fallout: New Vegas, a new entry in the Fallout series which is currently in development by Obsidian Entertainment. Featuring returning series favourites and a host of new voices, the cast includes many actors who are well-known to science fiction fans.
The following voice acting cast list includes direct quotes from the Bethesda press release, which have been rearranged for your reading pleasure. In addition to this cast, Bethesda promises other celebrity cameos throughout the game.
Featured Voices:
Ron Perlman ("Hellboy", "Sons of Anarachy")
- Returns to voice the narrator in Fallout: New Vegas, a role he has played in every major Fallout game to date
Matthew Perry ("Friends")
- Plays Benny, a smooth-talking, two faced gangster
Wayne Newton (Mr. Las Vegas)
- Voices “Mr. New Vegas,” the radio DJ of the Mojave Wasteland
Playable Companions:
Danny Trejo ("Machete", "From Dusk Till Dawn")
- Raul the Ghoul, a mechanic and former gunslinger
Zach Levi ("Chuck")
- Arcade, a member of the Followers of the Apocalypse who hides a mysterious past
Felicia Day ("The Guild")
- Veronica, a sarcastic Brotherhood of Steel scribe
Various NPCs:
Kris Kristofferson ("Blade Trilogy")
- Chief Hanlon, a grizzled solider at the end of his career
Rene Auberjonois ("Boston Legal", "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine")
- The enigmatic and reclusive Mr. House

- Reprises his role as Marcus, an intelligent super mutant, who was last seen in 1998’s Fallout 2

- Caesar, the charismatic and powerful dictator at the head of Caesar’s Legion

- Victor, a friendly robot with the personality of an old fashioned cowboy
Fallout: New Vegas has been announced for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360. It will be released on October 19 in North America and October 22 in Europe.
