Ever wanted to turn your farming sim into a farming and mercantile sim? Wait no longer, for Natsume has announced that Harvest Moon: Grand Bazaar has gone gold and will be available on August 17 in North America. It will retail for a suggested price of $29.99 for the Nintendo DS.

Grand Bazaar adds to the usual Harvest Moon formula by giving the player the ability to run their own shop. It also has a multiplayer feature in which other people can be invited to visit a player's farm. Of course, it also features its own storyline and the usual cast of colourful Harvest Moon characters.

Gamestop is offering a pre-order bonus for customers in the United States and Canada, who will receive a plush pony with their preorder.
