Although it is generally assumed that the majority of Capcom's games will get a sequel at some point, the official announcement of another Megaman Battle Network title has arrived. Scheduled for a Japanese release in December of this year, Megaman Battle Network 4 continues the story of Lan Hikari and his companion MegaMan.EXE. Little is currently known of the game's plot but this announcement comes on the heels of a license continuation for the anime based on the series.

No release date for either North America or Europe has been mentioned. When new information becomes more readily available as the games Japanese release nears, RPGamer will be on the scene to report it to you.
