Wild ARMs Gets Another Shot

Sony recently announced that it is about to release Wild ARMs F, which is a remake of the original Wild ARMs for PlayStation. The remake will be for the PS2, and it will feature numerous technical and aesthetic upgrades.

Wild ARMs F will feature a completely rewritten script with full voice acting and realistic 3D graphics. Character designs will be overhauled as well, meaning that the familiar super deformed faces from the original will be transformed into realistic proportional styles. In addition, there will be eight playable characters, and the battle system will be remodeled to better resemble the later systems in the series.

Wild ARMs F will be released in Japan this winter. Sony has not yet mentioned a North American release.
