LucasArts recently announced that the highly anticipated and much-delayed Xbox title Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic will finally be available on July 16. The PC version of the game will not be available until sometime this fall.

In SW: KotOR, players will find themselves in the golden age of the Republic during a decisive war between the Jedi and the Sith. The choices the players make will shape the outcome of the war as well as who they are as Jedi.

Those who are eager to obtain the game may preorder it from the official website and receive the reward of a special Star Wars letter opener.
