OneUp Studios, the company responsible for the co-production of the up-and-coming SQUAREDANCE with KFSS Studios, has announced its first exclusive video game music album, Time & Space - A Tribute to Yasunori Mitsuda. The album contains selected work by Mitsuda from Square's Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, and Xenogears. By rearranging the music for a variety of instrumentation, both live and synthesized, and in a wide range of styles, the people at OneUp Studios have followed the composer's original intent as closely as possible while adding their own creativity to the mix.
Featuring arrangements in a multitude of styles, from jazz to rock, orchestral to ethereal, the album contains music from Dale North, Sean "Ailsean" Stone, "Vampire Hunter Dan" Barnaba, Mark "Kae" Porter, and Matt Pollard. You can sample the music here. For a complete listing of the CD's tracks, visit www.oneupstudios.com
