Since its release a couple days ago in Japan, Phantasy Star Online Episode I & II, the first online RPG for the Nintendo GameCube, has suffered from a few problems.

Although it's easy for gamers to acquire a "Hunter's License," the registration required to play PSO online, they don't always clear immediately; an error occurs when the username and password are sent. Furthermore, disconnection occurs frequently, though there's no apparent reason.

Sonic Team is already working on solving these problems, and they ask that people remain patient. They hope to have everything fixed soon.

Phantasy Star Online Episode I & II is due out in North America on October 29th.
