EverQuest Trilogy Hits Stores

Despite the popularity of EverQuest, Sony Online Entertainment is intimately aware that there are still many gamers that have not partaken of its MMORPG fruits, and it's precisely these gamers that it is targeting. The company announced today that EverQuest Trilogy, which consists of the original EverQuest and its two expansions, EverQuest: The Ruins of Kunark and EverQuest: The Scars of Velious, has shipped to retailers across North America, and should be available for the suggested retail price of $39.99.

"We're pleased to offer prospective EverQuest fans the opportunity to experience Norrath on a grand scale," said Don Vercelli, vice president of sales and marketing, Sony Online Entertainment. "EverQuest: Trilogy is a great way for new players to experience all aspects of EverQuest and prepare for this December's launch of the highly anticipated EverQuest: The Shadows of Luclin expansion pack."

In addition to the games, the anthology includes a collectible map of the series' world, Norrath, a strategy guide, and, in the case of the Collector's Edition, two collectible EverQuest figurines. Stay tuned as more news pertaining to this popular series is released.
