Four years after it entered development, Dragonriders: Chronicles of Pern has finally found its way onto store shelves. Despite an earlier confirmation of a delay from the games' developer, UbiStudios UK, both the Dreamcast and PC versions of the game seem to have met their shipping dates and should be available right now.

The game centers around D'kor, a dragonrider in the fictional world of Pern, created by scifi/fantasy author Anne McCaffrey. The game was designed with input from the author herself and promises to be a solid adventure RPG. Look for RPGamer's full review of this much-anticipated title shortly.
