Pathfinder: Kingmaker

Owlcat Games has announced that it plans to adapt Paizo's pen-and-paper role-playing game Pathfinder into a video game. The game will be known as Pathfinder: Kingmaker and will be an isometric RPG, marking the first of its kind for the series. Owlcat also announced that Chris Avellone, formerly of Interplay and Obsidian Entertainment, will be assisting with the game's story.

Pathfinder takes place in the world of Golarion and Kingmaker will find players exploring and carving out a niche in Stolen Lands. There, players will come across familiar faces for fans of the series as well as new developments and ideas being introduced for the game. The most prominent feature will be the ability to found a kingdom, the development of which will reflect the character's choices and impact various other aspects of the game.

Owlcat Games plans to show more of its features for the game at PaizoCon which will take place between May 26-29, 2017. No release date was given for the title and the only platform confirmed is PC.
