Publisher THQ Nordic has announced a firm release date for the delayed Wii U release of Darksiders: Warmastered Edition. The game will be available for the console on May 23, 2017, priced at $19.99/£14.99/€19.99.

Previously released in November 2016 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, Darksiders: Warmastered Edition is a remastering of the original 2010 title. The game puts players in the role of War, the Horseman of the Apocalypse, who brings about said apocalypse a bit too early. The remaster features with native 1080p resolution, reworked graphics, and 60 frames per second gameplay.
