Developer ConcernedApe has announced that its Harvest Moon inspired farming-simulator/RPG Strardew Valley will be making its way to consoles this Winter. The developer has stated the game will be making its way to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Wii U, and are hoping it will be a seamless experience. Stardew Valley released on Steam back in Feburary, and can be purchased for $16.99 USD.
