Not content to rest on its recently-completed western release cycle of Stranger of Sword City, Experience has announced an updated version of Black Palace, the PS Vita version of the dungeon crawler. The new release will feature some new content, like the appearance of Elthalia, a character from Experience's own dungeon crawler Students of the Round. The developers are including several changes based on user feedback, and introducing new classes like Clocker and Puppeteer, new systems like Guard Counter, new events, and more.
Japanese gamers can snatch up a copy on July 21, 2016 for ¥3,800, while previously downloaded copies of the original can be updated with the new content for ¥1,800. As an added bonus, a 5,000-copy limited run of first prints will include a novel set in the world of Escario, penned by well-known gaming author Benny Matsuyama. A new trailer accompanies the release announcement.
