Bandai Namco Europe has announced that Tales of Zestiria will be released in October. On top of this, it has also been revealed that the game is coming to both PlayStation 4 and PC (via Steam) in both Europe and North America along with the previously announced PlayStation 3 release. The PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 versions will be released in Europe on October 16, 2015, while the global PC and North American PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 versions will be released on October 20, 2015.

Meanwhile, the first story details came out regarding the recently-announced, next mainline Tales game, Tales of Berseria, which is due to be released in Japan for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4. The game is set in the kingdom of Midgand, which features a number of large land masses plus many archipelagoes. Midgand's inhabitants are highly skilled at shipbuilding and sailing, while the climate varies greatly between different parts of the kingdom. Main character Velvet was involved in an incident three years prior to the game, with her existence apparently shocking the world.
