A new trailer has appeared for inXile Entertainment's upcoming release, Torment: Tides of Numenera. The video can be viewed below and focuses on the game's unusual science-fantasy setting in the so-called Ninth World.

Torment: Tides of Numenera is a spiritual successor to Planescape: Torment, which was released back in 1999. The game takes place in the same setting as the Monte Cook-designed tabletop RPG, Numenera. Torment: Tides of Numenera is due to be released for PC, Mac, and Linux later in 2015.
