Little King's Story is Told in North America

Little King's Story

XSeed Games and Marvelous Entertainment have announced a second co-publishing deal today. Little King's Story will be released exclusively on the Nintendo Wii this upcoming winter.

"Little King’s Story has an art style that is very 'story-book' in look, and that we feel will be universally loved," stated Yasuhiro Wada, Managing Director of Marvelous Entertainment Inc. "The game has a fairy tale quality that will intrigue and delight gamers the world around."

"Little King’s Story is a game we felt very strongly about offering to the United States," remarked Jun Iwasaki, President of XSEED Games. "The game truly reflects the high quality gaming experience, uniqueness, and game design creativity that we look for, with the ability to appeal to a wide audience while providing enough depth for seasoned gamers."

The story begins with a shy, young boy named Corobo who stumbles on a powerful crown while searching in the woods near his town. Soon after, he is told that he is now the king of his town and it is his job to turn this small city into a bustling, thriving kingdom.

This title takes features from many different genres and combines them into one game that places the scepter in the players' hands and gives them the power to run and protect their own kingdom. Players will also be able to conquer other kingdoms, as well as grant the townspeople's wishes.
