Nexon has announced that it will expand the world of Dark Ages, its massively-multiplayer online RPG, with a new area called Oren Island. This new territory adds 21 maps of exploreable jungles, a populous sea-port bustling with pirates, 50 new types of armor, new quests and additional monsters for the slaying.

Oren Island launched on May 10, and Nexon is expected to reveal more pristine areas and quests in connection with the new island in the months ahead. The uninitiated can check the game's official Web site for a free trial of the latest version.
